Diamond Drilling Equipment Service

An appropriate diamond bit is chosen for the geological conditions of the site and drilling objectives. These bits are embedded with industrial diamonds that effectively cut through hard rocks and resilient geological formations.

The drill string, consisting of connected pipes that extend from the surface to the bottom of the well, is rotated as the diamond bit cuts and retrieves samples from the substrate. This technique allows for the recovery of high-quality diamond cores.

As drilling progresses, cylindrical diamond cores are recovered, providing valuable information about subsurface geology, including stratigraphy, mineral composition, and geological formation structure.

Drilling fluid is used to maintain well stability and cool the diamond bit. The fluid is injected down the drill string and exits through the bit, transporting drilling cuttings back to the surface.

As drilling proceeds, diamond core samples are taken at regular intervals, and data such as depth, sample descriptions, and other relevant parameters are recorded.

The recovered diamond cores are analyzed to assess subsurface geology, identify minerals, geological structures, and important geological features, and meet project objectives.

In some cases, well casing is installed to maintain the well's structural integrity and prevent aquifer contamination or the entry of unwanted fluids.
